Rather disappointed with the stay at Okura Manila. Paid so much for the room nights with breakfast only to be informed that buffet breakfast available on weekends. Not that we need to eat a lot at buffet but at least we could have a wider selection of food like salad, etc. On Feb 17 (Friday) and Feb 18 (Saturday), no buffet too, only set breakfast was served. Food from the kitchen took a long time and there was lack of service staff; we had to get attention for coffee refill.

Excellent property but breakfast had to look around for wait staff way to long ....not 5 star service during breakfast which was Excellent but coffee refills and service comes around way too infrequently to ask if we needed anything or coffee refills...Not a Hilton level at all with service

Elegance, style, location! I stayed here with family while in Manila. This place was beautiful it was elegant, stylish updated and just simply beautiful. A room was wonderfully appointed very clean and what you would expect from a Japanese hotel. It exceeded our expectations. It’s location is wonderful because it’s adjacent to the Newport mall and you don’t even have to walk outside just walk out through the second floor down a hallway in your in this mall with wonderful restaurants and shopping. It’s close to the airport too. They helped provide me with the shuttle service to and from the airport so I didn’t have to stress. Traveling internationally is sometimes a challenge but staying here made it very easy

Finding a clean Safe Hotel in Manilla is not always easy. This place was awesome. It was impeccable. Clean, safe and beautiful. 5 stars all around. It is part of a complex of hotels and a mall and casinos, all indoors so no need to go outside. Very close to the Airport and their concierge can provide pickup and drop-off to the airport. Room service was delicious. You cand go wrong here. I will stay here again.

Nice hotel near the casino. Room with wooden tub was great. Breakfast was good. I've enjoyed the wet and the dry sauna. Friendly front desk team. 👍👍👍
