"Not luxury, not 3 bedroom and not 4 and a half star as advertised. Very disappointing overall. Expedia should not be advertising this property as 4.5 star luxury. On the plus side the kitchen was very well equipped. Sadly everything else fell very short of what was advertised ( oversold ), and what was expected. Were provided a 2 bedroom unit and a non adjoining 1 bedroom unit. Not ideal when travelling with special needs kids and specifically booking a 3 bedroom apartment. There was a third unit sharing the same entrance hall that was occupied to both my units needed to locked for safety and therefore separated them which was not what I expected from booking a 3 bedroom unit. Air con units are very loud. Bathrooms small and showers leak into the bathroom. No washing g machine and no laundry to wash. Only 1 bath towel provided per person even though website stated more. Pool access was extra even though the oool was advertised as a benefit of stating here ( another issue Expedia were contacted about but did not get back to me as they promised they would ). I travel often and stay in apartments often and this was truely very disappointing. Don’t waste your money"

"Let’s start by saying the pictures look different from what you get!! First the room is so small. If you have two large suitcases. Good luck! Second!! Place was dirty when. I arrived. Tired had a leak in bathroom that I reported on the frist day. And several times each day during my stay I had someone come asking about the leak. Not one person fixed it! So sleep was not happening! Banging on the door 6am 8am noon. And it’s always a new person asking about it. The final straw for me was finding roaches! Once I saw that I packed my bags and found a new place. "
