We have stayed at the Heritage Hotel many times over the years. We were disappointed that the breakfast did not open at 6:30 am giving a traveler enough time to eat breakfast and leave for the airport. All or most international flights leave around 9Am. The breakfast opens at 7am. Not enough time to eat and leave for the airport,

The receptionist and the manager are not welcoming, they hold us up in the parking area for almost 2 hrs because of the lost parking ticket only and you gotta pay the ticket even you already paid the hotel. They could've given you a pass and forgave the incident but they rather loss a customer even you were once a part of that hotel

The Heritage Hotel is needing a lot of physical renovation to keep up. The age of the hotel can be seen by dripping faucet, old and dusty carpet, cracked tiles, peeling paints, to name just a few. Also needing much attention are the room amenities. TV set, kettle as well as electrical plugs, lighting. The food at breakfast needs more variety. Limited shuttle services to SM Mall of Asia. As for the staff- friendly and cery helpful.

I like the property as it’s close to most places I wanted to go …but I didn’t like the rooms we were in as it seemed to be recently re painted I could not sleep as I have been smelling the paint during our 2 nights stay I hope to get a better n not paint smelling room when we get back for 3 nights stay that we booked last month
