Excellent location. Spotless, feels luxury. It wasn’t noisy at all. Staff is really friendly and nice. Everything was just beautiful, I would stay here again, thank you so much!

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. There were some renovations going on but, this did not really detract from our stay.

Very happy with our stay. Perfectly clean rooms, food available late when we got in to check in at night, breakfast available until 11/12 depending on day of the week. We didn't spend much time there but any staff we did interact with were all friendly and helpful in either English or Spanish.

Im confused as to why this is a 2* hotel, maybe to do with facilities because i would certainly rate it a big 4* Location was perfect for me, easy to visit all the sights. Staff extremely welcoming and friendly. Room had everything needed toiletries, fully stocked mini bar and including a personalised welcome message and gift which i though was a lovely touch. Nice breakfast and room service food was available if required. Had a brilliant stay and would certainly return and recommend

Lovely hotel. Great location in the bustling heart of Madrid, but excellent soundproofing so the rooms were quiet. Close to metro stations but it was easy to walk to the main sights and museums. Delicious breakfasts and well-designed rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Thank you guys!

Great sized room with a large double bed. Very clean, and great location , easy to get to all parts of madrid and the metro. Breakfast was nice with a good selection of cold meats, cheese fruits and breads, and cooked food including eggs and sausages. All staff very helpful. The interior is very art deco, a great hotel!

A well located hotel opposite the Royal Palace and within walking distance of the main sites in Madrid. The room we had was spacious and clean and well equipped. The only thing missing for us as Brits was milk to put in the cup of tea we were able to make in the room but this was not a problem for us personally as there was a small shop close by. The hotel was clean with a superb roof terrace which would be great place to have a drink and watch the sunset over the city. The staff were incredibly...

Very clean room ,excellent shower and comfortable bed ,excellent a/c, Location was very good near center of madrid,staff were very friendly. No bar but plenty of bars and restaurants around hotel.nice breakfast included in price.

Position is amazing in front of the opera and you can easily walk everywhere. Metro is i think 50 metres from the door if you need it. Very clean. My room was very silent because it was on the inside part so you dont notice you are in the city center. Easy check in and check out. Room was tiny bur functional Mattress could have been more comfortable . I will definetely suggest this property to my friends for future trip.

The staff was polite and very helpful, even when we asked for strange things like gloves to eat chicken wings. When we arrived we were invited to sit a chill while they checked us in and provided a lovely rose lemonade. We also got alittle gift for checking out and actually tasty chocolate on our pillow. The location is also excellent.
