The overall stay was ok. The rooms are spacious but dated.The lifts occasionally just stopped working. The advertised rooftop pool was not open for the week we stayed, although given the weather it wasnt a problem. The staff all recommended the same place to eat and promptly gave you a card with there name on it. The location is very convenient for walking and has easy access to 3 metro stations

Location, location. That’s what this hotel is about. Its location is right on Grand Via and within walking distance to all the major attractions in Madrid. Furthermore, grocery, Carrefour, is right below.

Apartment was amazing. Views in every direction off of a massive deck. Beds bath and kitchen were all well appointed. We had to park a large 10 passenger van and they were able to easily direct us to a garage less than 1 km away that could accommodate a large vehicle. The staff was friendly and excellent. Lastly, you can drop your bags in lockers there and you can unload around the corner just off the Gran Via

The one-bedroom apartment was spacious and in a great location to travel around the city. However, it seemed to have no blackout for the sofa bed in the lounge. The reception desk was not friendly at all times, and the check-out process was very inefficient.

The staff were excellent. Check in was dealt with quickly and easily with the female receptionist thankfully speaking English. The room itself was spacious, well-equipped and clean. Location could not be faulted and very little noise for it being right on the Gran Via.
