"Makarem Ajyad Makkah hotel is a nice place to stay near Haram, which is at about 5-7 minutes walk (King Abdul Aziz Gate) depending on the rush of pilgrims. The hotel is located in a very busy area with lots of options available for food and other required needs. It is very close to Safwa Tower and Clock Tower. The hotel is in fact just at the back side of Clock Tower. Rooms are nice (we stayed in a quad room) with comfortable beds and very nice washroom (lovely rain shower). The hotel offers breakfast buffet (free depending upon your package), with great options for everyone. Hotel staff is very nice and really takes care of you. They provide free water bottles every day of your stay. Overall, it’s a great place to stay near Haram, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who visits Makkah."

"My stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Jabal Omar Makkah was absolutely excellent. The room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The location is ideal—just a short walk to the Haram—which made everything incredibly convenient and stress-free. What truly stood out, however, was the staff. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. The front desk team was efficient and accommodating, housekeeping maintained the room to a high standard, and every staff member I encountered was courteous, attentive, and eager to assist. Even during busy times, they remained calm, organized, and respectful. Their exceptional service made my stay even more comfortable and memorable. I truly appreciate their hard work and dedication and would gladly stay here again on my next visit to Makkah."
