"Our experience began as soon as we get out of the car, the staff took care of handling luggage all the way to the room. Check in was such a welcoming treat with kind staff and drink and garland. Lobby was gorgeous up to the Taj standard. We had a noisy neighbor we were upgraded to a luxurious room on the 23rd floor at a nominal price. View from the room was spectacular. Staff everywhere you go was willing to go above and beyond. Room service was excellent, Rahul in particular paid attention to meticulous details in the room, wrapping cables, arranging our stuff etc.Breakfast was grand and scrumptious, again staff there was friendly. we would definitely consider staying again when we are in Mumbai. Great job: Taj nahi Wah Taj Kahiye!"
