Too start they is barely have any parking, when walking in the room and turn on the lights or I should say light it was a scene out of a horror movie with the flickering yellow dim lighting. The room was dirty and tiny. I mean it has a notice of how well the clean and disinfect the high touch areas everyday but if that is correct why would the doors and door knobs be really dirty I mean REALLY dirty. The bathroom looked nasty. The room smelled dirty and I am not sure how heavy the person or persons were upstairs but they stomped around like a heard of elephants! In the morning maid service kept trying to open the door without knocking multiple times and about the tenth time knocked. REALLY?!?! We had the inside lock on. Our road trip from Texas to California this was the second most expensive room and absolutely the worst and dirtiest. It showed decent ratings not sure how.

Broken shower faucet, no hot water. Front desk giving me excuses that it has to be working. Ask to be moved to another room, staff hesitant to give me another room. Come back to the room another night and my card key does not work, go to front desk for assistant and the person is out to lunch had to wait in my car for another 1/2 hour before someone showed up.

This property could do with a bit of upgrading. Plumbing is probably so outdated that it took some time to get warm water from both shower and sink. The TV in our unit was not working and paint was chipping off the doors and closet. Not ideal for toddlers to be on 2nd flr because they stomp, run a lot and floor is pretty thin, creaky. Parking is free but pretty small. A big van basically took up 2 spots since nobody was able to park next to it. We did like the proximity to Universal Studios and Porto's Bakery on Magnolia!

Wouldnt recommend this place . Staff is friendly but there’s no reason this place should be in business. Rooms are outdated and worn down , unsafe electrical outlets in the bathrooms , cigarette holes in bedding , overpriced for the experience. Will not stay again .
