This property is just okay. Nothing special. Needs a facelift and updates asap. Everything inside just looks outdated. Stayed on floor 5. Construction going on as soon as you walk in with plastic everywhere. Expedia gave me a great price. Glad I didn’t pay the full price for this on the hotel’s direct website. Staff incredibly nice and accommodating but would not stay here again.

This property is under construction and that is NOT listed on their website. The pool, the gym, the laundry room were not available. The thermostat was not working so the AWESOME staff had to rig it to work for my stay. The room had water stains on the ceiling. The restaurants were not open, but for a hefty price you could get a cold sandwich. The staff was AMAZING, but the hotel itself was NOT VIP. As a frequent Sonesta hotel guest all over the country, this is by far the worst experience I have ever had.

Perfectly fine for an overnight stay to catch an early morning flight. Staff were incredibly nice and professional. The lobby under renovation which was not noted when booking; “resort fee” was waived. Room was comfortable though a little shabby. Recommended for short stay.
