The Scan and Go market had a lot of variety. However, when I visited at 7:30 am it was being restocked and all of the muffins had come from the refrigerator. They were cold and there was no microwave or other way to warm them up.

The property is not what it shows in pictures. It was heir in the tub, the air conditioning didn’t work, the air filters were dirty, the room was to dark. I’m not going back to that chain of hotels.

unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The room was not clean or well-maintained. There were noticeable stains on the walls, and the towels were dirty, which was unacceptable. The overall appearance of the hotel felt neglected and uninviting. The lack of attention to cleanliness made the stay uncomfortable, and it’s clear that basic upkeep is not a priority here. While the location was convenient, and the staff was friendly, the poor state of the room and common areas far overshadowed any positives. I would not recommend this hotel until they address these serious cleanliness and maintenance issues.

No issues with room, location or service. I loved the food truck outside the parking lot to grab a bite. I used the shuttle to the airport and it was on time and ran every 30 minutes.

The property is just old and hasn't been updated in recent years. It's a little like walking into a hotel in the 1980s. Not what people expect today. Rooms are fairly clean but everything in the room is very dated: small TVs, lamps with no lampshade, old carpet, dated bathroom. This is really on Sheraton. They need to update this facility. The staff was very good despite the conditions.

First room had no air conditioning. So I called and got another room. Someone came handed me a new key and walked Away. No help with luggage to the new room. Very obvious they originally gave me a crappy room with no free water and only water for purchase. It was run down. But when air didn’t work and they had to move me, I got the same exact room but was amazing except the cigarette smell in mattress and pillow. But water was there and not run down
