"We booked both rooms with Tower Bridge view but only got one with the view, when asked the staff said that Family Rooms has never had the bridge view so I dont know why they advertised it. The staff were really helpful though. But the cleanliness was below average, very old furnitures, no fridge ..."

Radisson Blu Hotel, London Heathrow
"Air conditioning didn't work during 90° F heatwave and it was miserable. We had to buy a fan at a nearby grocery store because they said they didn't provide them over "health concerns." Maintenance told us the a/c didn't work because it was just an old system, so I would skip this place in the summer. ..."

"The hotel is nicely kept and close to a train and bus station to conveniently travel to the tourist areas. There are a few limited food options in the immediate area but you can kind plenty of options within a 10 to 15 minute walk."

"The hotel is very centrally located and in a great spot near a lot of shops, theatres, and restaurants. While the service leaves something to be desired, as you have to check in and get your own room keys on a self-service tablet that is not very customer-friendly, and they do not clean the rooms ..."
