Not at terminal five so not as advertised! Very noisy so we got no sleep! Next time we’ll fork out for the hotel at the terminal as with cabs it would work out the same anyhow

Strand Palace Hotel
Ideally located for our plans, walking distance to key locations in Londons theatre district in Covent Garden. Only slight issue was family room was not 2 double beds as advertised as anyone will know who has slept on a sofa bed, it’s not the same. Worked for one night. Would stay there again.

The Tower Hotel, by Thistle
The room was hot and we were told that hotel is ambient ac but they sent a portable cooling fan so that helped. View of Tower Bridhe from room is excellent! Booked a last minute stay to celebrate our wedding anniversary. No provisions or offers given to celebrate our special day, not even a 'happy anniversary' comment!
