"I would strongly discourage anyone from booking with this host, as you could lose your money like I did.
I booked a two-night stay at this apartment and, upon arrival, called the number provided to obtain the access details. Unfortunately, nobody answered. I spent several hours outside the property repeatedly calling and received no response whatsoever.
With no way to access the apartment I had paid for, I was eventually forced to find and pay for alternative accommodation.
I raised the issue...

"Bunch of fucking scammers wasting my fucking time and money. They cancelled my reservations last minute so I couldn’t physically cancel it, on top of that they refuse to refund my fucking money. I called them countless time to refund my money but wouldn’t pick up. Clearly they are using this method to scam people and they know well that Expedia do fuck all to help customers. They scammed me of my £165, worst fucking booking I’ve done on my life. If I can’t get my refund, might as well give them...
