"I messaged this property as instructed and called several times to receive the access code necessary to enter the premises however I did not receive any response and was therefore left to book a last-minute hotel at great cost to myself. The property itself did not inspire confidence, as it looked like the outside of someone’s house with no signage to indicate it was reputable establishment to stay in. "Terrible stay. Whilst I was allowed to leave my bags in early, and told to arrive at 11, I waited almost an hour for a member of staff to let me into the property. The apartment is in quite a bit of disrepair.
