Please do not go off of pictures! The lobby is very nice the rooms are so uncomfortable, older, the air was not working properly for the $260 we spent absolutely horrible stay. Had I pay $60 then I would not be complaining because you get what you pay for. On top of that they did not have my king bed room ready nor available. They gave me a queen bed that the mattress was old spring mattress. I cannot believe they have rooms like this at a $260 a night Sheraton hotel.

Right next to the runway so noisy with planes taking off to the west but what do you expect at an airport hotel? Room looking a little tired in places with cracked sink and other issues but generally very good and would stay again. There seemed to be plenty of staff on duty and service was therefore quick and efficient.

They have recently stopped the airport hoppers bus service from dropping off to this hotel. Not sure why. I traveled early Oct 2024 and the service was withdrawn already by then. The rooms are pretty large. We had a room with two queen beds. There is a McDonalds within a block or so. Very good for a quick breakfast. The overall look and feel of the property was a bit dated. I enjoyed a comfortable and quite stay in the room for good nights sleep after a long flight.

The property and furniture were lovely but need updating. Neither bedside lamp worked in my room, and there was no alarm clock and no outlet beside the bed to use my phone as a clock. I requested a taxicab in the morning and apparently they don't do that at this hotel? I was instructed to book a shared shuttle or Uber via a kiosk and this really is not my preference.

This hotel is in serious need of attention. The lobby is nice, staff was pleaseant, the Indian restaurant, Madhu is nice, but that's where it ends. We booked this hotel because it was one of the very few I could find that had 2 queen beds for my husband and our daughter. The room was dated and run down, and we had several issues that were surprising for the standard you expect from a Sheraton. We discovered garbage, including someone's dirty socks under our beds! The plug ins next to the bed were not standard UK outlets, so my husband was unable to plug in his CPAP machine until we got an extension cord from the front desk. Half of the outlets in the room didn't work at all, and one of the lamps didn't work. The bedside table was dirty and had a sticky substance on it. The shower drain barely worked and filled half of the tub by the end of my shower. Thankfully, we were only there one night, but I was actually researching different hotels before we decided to just call it a night.

The overall property is nice, and has a get center courtyard bar. Rooms are average, and bathrooms are a little dated. But overall stay was great, friendly staff, awesome club lounge, and close to the airport

The Sheraton Skyline is tired and worn out. The reception is all shiny marble, the room is all dark, tired wood from the 90's. The TV didn't work and although the hotel sent somebody up to fix it, he couldn't and suggested I ask for a different room. I declined thinking I could live without a TV for a couple of days - BIG MISTAKE. On climbing into bed I found that the matrices springs were poking through and no amount of shifting about could I find a comfortable piece of bed... I eventually slept on the sofa with a folded up duvet. Given Heathrow has row upon row of hotels, the Sheraton is one to give a miss

The thermostat was non existent in regards to cooling or warming capability. Stuffy room but there was a small oscillating fan that saved us. For s room booked with two humans we only had one hand towel and ones bath towel. It's at is they are improving the whole place but..... Staff was great. We called re: thermostat and maintenance showered up working 30 mins. Do not eat that so cannot review food options. There is a freestanding airport transportation Kiosk system to book Uber or the less expensive shuttle so that was great. Once they get a few kinks ironed out it will be an even better place. It was clean, quite and comfortable. That all I wanted for one night.

The check in was fine and the staff were friendly. They even got us in an hour early! My didn’t work for first few tries so it was back to the front. Should have taken as a sign of things to come. We came in and were tired as we had been travelling all morning. We looked forward to some rest and maybe sleep but they put us in the middle of a construction site so we gave up on the rest and sleep. My wife fell getting out of the shower On the slippery marble floor( no bath mat provided). She hurt herself but seems to be fine (she is old and she’s nimble). After going to bed we were awoken in middle of the night by a banging sound (I thought it was someone knocking on our door) seemed to be coming from our closet. It was a courtesy fridge but I couldn’t get at it due to the sliding closet doors being all cocked up so had to follow the many exposed cords to unplug it. Definitely a bad experience and not typical of a Sheraton at any price. Too much money for what you get if this is typical though the hotel.
