It has an excellent location, near 2 good tube lines to go to the touristy places in London. The room was small but comfortable, the only issue is that the A/C and water pipes made weird noises that for some people could be bad for sleeping.

The property advertised they had air conditioning, but they only had a very noisy fan. Many guests were complaining about the same thing in their rooms. This is false advertising!!! The staff were not very helpful in any matters, tours or information. Good location, easy walk to nearby tourist spots.

Friendly staff and good service. However, you need two things in a basic hotel room: a hood bed and a hot shower. This place only had one of those. The bed was basically a futon on a board. It was agonizingly uncomfortable.
