Very disappointed by our stay, as the room wasn’t what was advertised - despite us calling in advance to check which room we should book to match the room in the pictures. When we enquired about this at the front desk, they said the pictures online (of a room with windows in the shower and windows behind the bathroom sink which open) are from a different property. We weren’t offered any compensation, despite having only booked the more expensive room so we could get what was in the pictures. A very disappointing experience for a birthday weekend. The room we got was fine and the breakfast was okay. We wouldn’t recommend staying here if you’re looking for something special.

Amazing stay! the room was so nicely decorated and had all the comforts. Loved the view of St Pauls out of our window. The reception staff and manager were just awesome. So welcoming and helpful...they really made our stay all the more fun.
