Best price I could find for a place in London- property manager was friendly and it was nice to have a kitchen in the room. Bathroom had very poor ventilation and the room often felt stuffy because of that. Good for short term stay.

This was the cutest little place! So comfy and nicely decorated! It was also by the underground and a bus stop. Plenty of food options and stores nearby!

Well presented, reasonably priced, great host

Comfy beds, good amenities provided, good price, friendly host, secure property. Need tiny bit attention to detail ref cleaning I. E under beds or in shower tray and checking quality of items such as toilet seat needs tightening, shower head doesn't hold. Also being on the ground floor the front door open and shut can be quite loud. Did what it needed to do as provided a comfy space to use after a hard day in London. A bus route is right outside the property, with good eateries available after a 10 min walk. It was a good size fitted with 2 double beds, microwave,coffee machine, TV, kettle, air fryer, oven, came with bedding, towels and complimentary tea coffee making facilities and toiletries. Or also had 2 fans which were welcome as it was so warm during our stay. Only niggle was only had 3 chairs around table rather than 4 but was a pleasant stay.

The exterior door is always open,before you get in to the room, there is no light,they do not give you a rag to clean,no soap for dishes,no dish drainer,it reeks of cigarett,i send a message that was never answer,the only good part of all this is,that the guy that does the clean up let us live the luggage there for a few hours.

Terrible stay at Holland Road stayz

Terrible room! Mold all over especially in the bathroom. There was water dripping off the ceiling. The main door had been broken and repaired with poly filla! When I complained to the manager he said there was nothing he could do!

Location was good. Bed was comfy. Had its on bathroom The bad: Strong smoke smell Shower door dosent close No hand towels Didnt seem like they cleaned, forgot clothes from last renter Had people yelling at front door first night at 2:30 am trying to get in Next night we had someone knock at the door again at 2:30am saying they had a delivery. Scared the crap out of us. Ended up being a food delivery for upstairs. I wouldn't recommend to non smokers, families, or women traveling alone.

Very well priced in a good location close to Shepherds Bush Station and Westfield shopping centre. We had a double room at the front of the top floor of the property. The room was a good size with a fridge, and the hosts provided two bottles of water and some chocolate biscuits in addition to some tea and coffee sachets which was a nice touch. The bathroom and bedding was clean and fresh and the room generally clean although there was some dust on the skirting boards and high areas. The bed was comfortable enough for a short stay but as it was hot weather, we had to leave the window open which meant that we didn’t sleep particularly well due to traffic noise outside. Self-Check in was easy and communication throughout with the host was good. Overall, for the money it was good value.

Wont be coming back

I’ve lived in London for over a decade and I’m very aware of the standard of the accommodation there. But I have to say this place is not even at that level. Dirty, unattended, the wifi didn't work the 4 days we were there. We took the “deluxe studio” which accommodates 4 people, no kitchen utensils, there ware literally 3 plates, 3 cups and a teaspoon, not what you would call “equipped kitchenette”

This room had loads of facilities such as a stove, fridge and cooktop in the Kitchenette. Bed was comfortable and the room a decent size. It is vital to find out which level your room is on as it can be a long way up with luggage. I had to get a family member to help as there was no way I could manage it up the steep narrow stairs. Staying on the hottest night in London’s history without a fan was very challenging as there was no fan provided. The pre check in communication was very good. Great location only 12 mins to Westfield and a Bus nearby. For London it’s a value option.

This property is too small and they do not do cleaning. You need to force them to send someone to remove waist bin at least. Amenities are too old and too small. Pictures are misleading. Road is very noisy, a lot of cars with loгd siren passing by every 10-20 mins. In opposite, management is very polite and try to help. But the problem is they cannot help.

Clean, everything you need

For the price paid given is location we got the value we expected. The following is to help people understand what this place is and not intended as negative facts. - this is a converted town home with around 14 one room rentals - no onsite reception, there is a phone number you can call and they are very helpful. - must pre-pay and then they send you check in instructions - amenities in the room considered of: stove, microwave, kitchen sink, private bathroom, mini fridge - the quality of the finishes and everything is on the low end - the bathroom is small enough that you could stand at the sink, pee in the toilet and still get hit by the shower - it was CLEAN - you can't walk around the bed, you have to crawl over the bed to get to the small storage area My key takeaways, it was clean provided everything we needed and more than many other hotels. They crammed a lot in a very tight space (guessing our room & bathroom was less than 150 sq ft). It met our needs and provided the value for the price.

You get what you paid for. However the property could have been a bit more clean than expected. The check-in experience, while "digital" and "self-check-in" is very inconvenient, because the instructions are not clear and do not arrive on time if you have not paid the full reservation amount days ahead. In terms of the room, it's what you'd expect for the price you pay - so if you are looking for some inexpensive, this is great. But in terms of cleanliness, you could see that the bare minimum was done - just the bed was made, sheets were clean, and bathroom was tidy'd up. That's really it. The fridge smelled like absolute garbage - so not an issue as long as you don't open it. Again, value for money 4/5, but if I had paid anything more this was a 2.5/5

Go somewhere, anywhere else!!

This place is disgusting. It’s filthy. The carpets are stained and the smell hits you the moment you start to climb the stairs. There are dirty fingerprints everywhere. We walked into the room to discover it was painted black. There was a huge crack from top to bottom of the window and it looked as though the windows had never been cleaned. The room stank of grease and fried food and the oven had a layer of white grease in the bottom. We didn’t arrive until late Thursday night so couldn’t do anything about that night. We slept on top of the bed, fully clothed and shipped out the following day (even though we were meant to be there for three nights). It felt like we’d found freedom when we walked out of there.
All the doors were like this.
Hallways filthy.
Filthy, smelly, stained carpet.

Couldn't get into the property because I hadn't been sent a code to get in, this took 30 mins to sort before I gained entry to the room. I'd booked a double room and was given a single. Food still left on the kitchen worktop, overall cleanliness was not good, toilet looked like it had never been cleaned. I was even called by the team to make sure everything was ok with the room and I said it wasn't, but they just didn't listen. Then had further problems trying to get back into the room late at night as the coded door lock wasn't working. Won't be staying here again. Now trying to get VAT receipts for the room I booked and no response from the company.

Aucune confirmation d hébergement quekques jours avant et pour payer il a fallu appeler quand on était devant la porte. Salle de bain et sols pas propres, les serrures sont à moitié vissées dont une ne ferme pas nous ne laissions aucun objet de valeur sachant que c'est pareil pour la serrure extérieure où tout le monde est obligé de la claquer fort pour fermer et nous avions notre studio juste à côté donc difficil de dormir. Aucune prise dans la salle de bain et entrée et les prises dans la piece principale non accessible. Même pas un cintre dans la petite armoire pour 4 personnes. Chaise déjà cassée où je me suis assise et blessée au pied ils devaient la remplacer le jour J aucune nouvelle. Des vitres très sales et il n'y a que des rideaux occultants si vous les ouvrez tout le monde vous voit car on est directement sur une grande avenue donc vous ne restez pas longtemps car sinon vous êtes dans le noir. Le seul point positif les lits sont confortables et on a pu laisser nos bagages avant 15h sinon je deconseille cet hébergements qui est cher par rapport à la qualité de l'hébergement

Choquée et déçue

Vraiment déçue de cet endroit. Ce n’était pas sale, mais tout était bricolé histoire de mettre à disposition : la porte de douche ne fermait pas, la tige qui tient le pommeau de douche pas fixée donc se baladait, la peinture à peine finie, une armoire qui nous est tombée dessus car pas finie de monter, 2 rouleaux de papier toilettes entamés, une odeur horrible dans le sas avant de rentrer dans l’appartement, on entend absolument tout ce qu’il se passe comme si c’était dans l’habitation directement… bref, nous étions mal à l’aise et n’avions qu’une hâte : partir !

Los apartamentos están más antiguos y sucios de lo que se ve en las fotos. El cuarto de baño de pena. El muchacho de la limpieza es muy atento, pero el cuarto de baño es como es. Te ponen 2 pastillas y 3 rollos papel y ya no vuelve a haber ningún servicio. El tv no se veía , porque no tiene toma de antena, pero tampoco se podía conectar al WiFi, no dejaba acceso al menú de configuración. Contacté por el email oficial en varias ocasiones, y también hoteles.com con ellos, pero aunque dijeron que mandarían a alguien, no lo hicieron. 4 días sin tv, un servicio que publicitan, pero que no tienen. Tampoco limpian, ni reponen en los 4 días. Allí no hay nadie, y si hablas por email ni caso, por tanto, si tienes un problema no te lo van a resolver. Sólo cobrar y ya.
