Tolle Lage, aber sehr einfaches und altes Hotel. Wenn man nur zum Übernachten da ist, ist es völlig ok. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Wir kommen gern wieder

Grubby not been cleaned

This is a really basic hotel - it's a room with a cupboard doing an impression of a bathroom. The room was tired and grubby and the floor was rotten and looked like it hadn't been cleaned at all this year! The shower was cold and they told us there would be no breakfast served due to covid!?? So the breakfast we'd paid for, we didn't get! The walls were so thin that we could here every noise from the family staying in the next room. If you want to literally just have somewhere to lay your head this is ok otherwise stay somewhere else. Surprised Hotels.com advertise this hotel!!

Good for the price

For the price the beds were nice, comfortable and clean But the bathroom was a joke, the toilet leaked and although I reported it ,it wasn’t sorted, so we had to put towels on the floor and the hot water took about 10 minutes to come through. The shower had a horrible rusty shower hose and shower shelves

Just what I expected

Booked in on Friday 27th Aug and just what I expected from a 2* hotel. friendly staff, no breakfast due to Covid.....Wait other places are open!!!! Good location and plenty of places to eat.

This is a brilliant little budget hotel, guy on reception friendly and helpful and the room was massive! Only complaint was being charged £15 to park on the completely empty road outside which the guy put straight in his pocket!

Very Nice stay in the familyroom on top floor. Only bad thing, the Windows was in a very bad condition. Overall lovely stay with my sister, mother and grandmother.

Bello lo stile classico, camera tripla un po' piccola, colazione molto buona. Nel complesso servizi non eccelsi ma essenziali. Ottima la posizione a 5 minuti da Paddington Station. Unica nota negativa il dover aspettare 10 minuti fuori dall'Hotel una sera alle 20 in quanto il personale della reception era momentaneamente uscito. Ma stia scherzando?

If you're offered room no. 2 dont take it, it's a dungeon & should never be classed as a bedroom. Breakfast is very basic unless you like cake.

De ontbijtzaal was aan de te kleine kant. Niet alle gasten konden sochtends tegelijk plaats nemen. Ontbijt daarentegen was prima.

Customer service deserves full 5 stars! Good location. Nice breakfast. One should take into consideration that this hotel has steep stairs, very narrow and soft beds, poor isolation from windows and door. However, a good choice among hotels in this class and this location.

Rekomenderas!!

Läget är jättebra. Korta och mysiga promenader till de mesta. 10 minuter ifrån Hyde Park och typ 15 min ifrån Oxfoord Street. Rummen var små men räckte gott och väl till. Sängarna var sköna och de var bra täcken och kuddar. Tyvärr måste elementet i vårt rum krånglat för trots att vi stängde av de blev de sjukt varmt. Min lipsyl smälte och vattnet i min vattenflaska blev varmt. Detta har vi meddelat hotellet dock. Frukosten var faktiskt bra för att vara en English breakfest, dock fortfarande mkt sötsaker. Receptionen var öppen dygnet runt, skönt att kunna lämna ifrån sig nyckeln när an var ute på stan. Lite slitna möbler och mattor (doxk INTE heltäckningsmatta på rummet) men helt okej städat. Överlag väldigt nöjd!

det lå i en god gå afstand til alt ting. Værelset og morgenmad var fint når man ved hvad engelsk standart er. Vi var næsten 4 voksne og synes det var fint og vil vælge det igen

Hotel piccolo e comodo

Piccolo hotel tipico della zona. Camere e bagno piccolo ma nessun problema. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Il punto di forza è la vicinanza alla stazione Paddington treni e metropolitana, e la vicinanza di molte fermate dei bus (ad esempio il n. 23 che fa praticamente il giro del centro di Londra) a poche decine di metri.
