The hotel exceeded our expectations from the location, to the breakfast, to the staff. We had some issues with the AC and the staff was super quick to respond and fix the issue. Hub By Premier Inn London West Brompton
The hotel staff, specifically Tareek and Bary, were incredibly helpful! If I needed advice on something around the city, they’d help! The lounge is cozy and the taps are cold. The room itself is simple but SO clean and comfortable! Would absolutely stay again. Cheers!
