We stayed at the Central Park hotel for 4 nights in the deluxe newly refurbished room. It was very clean and modern and cleaned everyday by the housekeepers. Bob W London Hyde Park
We had a water leak in our room and were moved to a small room that had a very loud ventilation device outside of our room the last couple of days we were there. The room was definitely downgraded!
