The staff are very welcoming and extremely helpful and the hotel is very clean. And to top it off, the location was so good with the shopping mall 1 minute away, beach and transport. From simple checkin and exquisite accommodations in family room overlooking cathedral square, to the gourmet breakfast included the experience was ideal. When visiting g Barcelona, either with family, on business, or by myself, this is the only place in Barcelona that I will be able to stay in the future. They spoiled us!!! Even with breakfast boxes when we had to catch early flights back to The States. Honestly, location, staff and accommodations are exceptional. "
