"Pros: It's a pretty impressive place. Great location. Step out behind the hotel and there's a 2 mile strip of nonstop hotels, food, outdoor carnival, etc. The beach is a short 7-10 minute walk away. Extremely family-friendly. It's lots to do, but you need to ask the front desk about nighly activities, board and card games available, and neabrby attractions. Cons: the food was a hit or miss. "Great hotel to stay in with the family. Staff were very helpful and friendly, in contrast to staff at one of the neighbouring hotels that our other family member was staying at. The pool was nice and there were activities for young children to keep them occupied whilst the adults lounge by/in the pool. Buffet dinner was good with a nice variety of dishes that were regularly replenished as was the buffet breakfast. Our travel group was spread out over a few of the hotels that are in the same area so we were able to compare the different hotels and this hotel stood out above the others in terms of staff and facilities. Would highly recommend."

"This is an excellent Apart-hotel. We have stayed here twice now, this year the rooms had a modernisation with updates kitchen and furnishings. All to a very high standard. Lovely buffet breakfast served by wonderful staff; there is also the option of a cooked Full English or omellete. Nice pool, which you can have a quiet swim in up until around 10am when it starts to get a bit busier. Our son had the sofa bed in the lounge which he found very comfortable. Nice and quiet, there is no entertainment on site and the double glazed patio doors do a good job of keeping out the noise from neighbouring hotels. If you want sun on the balcony in the afternoon ask to be on the "Don Angel" side of the building, for sun in the morning ask for "Florida Park' side."

"My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. We stayed in a room with an ocean view and it was just wonderful. We used our balcony in the morning, late afternoon and every evening. It was perfect. Staff were friendly and helpful, however the lines were usually long to talk to someone at the front desk. The location was perfect. Very close to the train station and so many shops, restaurants and pubs. We would definitely come back to Santa Susanna and stay here again!"

"Great few days staying here. Rooms are clean and tidy, staff are friendly and helpful. Food options are really good. We turned up at 14:30 and check in wasn't until 15:00. Normally you would be allowed in the room earlier but on this occasion we had to wait half hour, really frustrating when you have children excited to jump in the pool"

"Lovely stay give stars. Hotel is equipped with a luggage room and showers, so very convient. It was quite a walk from the strain station when loaded with baggages, but the view was good. Very close to the beach. Staff at the bar was super friendly. Good ambience at the evening shows. I enjoyed the evening buffets very much. However the morning coffee from the machine was awful, please upgrade that if you can."
