"The treadmill was missing key to work and the hot tub was completely cold, no heat at all. This was disappointing because that’s the reason we chose this hotel over others nearby. The room was okay, but appeared to be just wiped down, not cleaned well. The breakfast was nice and staff very friendly."

"We had come to attend a baby shower for my nephew and it was our first time in Texas overall. I had booked the hotel based on the reviews and it had better ratings than others in the area. I would be concerned what the others are like if this was disappointing. First we had two rooms booked and only one was ready the other we did not get until after 5pm that too after giving pressure. They prepare two other rooms and the smell was so bad . Carpet conditions in the hallway are terrible and the doors look terrible with damages and scratches. Our door cards kept getting delinked. Breakfast options were good the only thing we liked about this place. Rooms are big but the lighting is not great. This place has a lot of potential if they renovated a little. "

"We had a disappointing stay. The initial room had a strong urine odor and felt unsanitary. Although we were moved, we remained uncomfortable and were still fully charged with no compensation. Traveling with a young child, this was unacceptable. We would appreciate this being escalated and addressed."

"There rooms were very clean compared to other La quintas that we have stayed in and the staff were extremely friendly. The only complaint that I would have to make is breakfast ending at 9:00am. I think that is a little too early but I guess some business have their reasons. "
