"I had searched online for a hotel with a Breakfast Room, many hotels in Paris don’t have them, Hotel du Cadran was the best I’d seen advertised. Although it looked attractive, we found breakfast was limited. Fruit, dairy yoghurt, croissant, scrambled egg, toast. My husband is both Gluten and Dairy intolerant. "We had a fantastic week at Hotel Thoumieux. The staff were always friendly and helpful. We had breakfast at the hotel a few mornings and it was always excellent. The room was small, but it was very cute and in good condition. For our first stay in Paris the location was excellent, there are cafes and shops nearby and it’s fairly easy to get to a lot of the monuments. There are quite a few stairs to get to the lobby and then to the room, but we didn’t mind - the staff helped with our bags...

"For the most part our stay was lovely. The concierge when we arrived was the epitome of the Parisian snob and he did not deign to lower himself to speak to me afterwards, only my husband. We requested more coffee pods and it was an argument to get them, but we finally did. The housekeeping staff was excellent."
