From outside you would never know just how beautiful this hotel is! The furnishing and decor throughout the hotel has been carefully chosen and is both stylish and characterful. From the minute we walked in the staff were very attentive and helpful. She showed us on a map where the hotel was situated and then marked out all the points of interests on the map. Our room was on the top floor and we had remote controlled Velux windows to let more light in. The room and kitchen area were...

Lovely interior room and the location is perfect for tourist.

Had room 401 and it was perfect for our long weekend stay. The check in process was really easy and the instructions sent over were excellent. Didn’t hear a peep from any other guests or from the street below. The location was really good too, close by bars, bistros and restaurants without being affected by lots of noise. The room had everything we needed, the bed was comfy and the shower was awesome. Would stay here again for sure

The self service apartment was newly decorated in a modern style and spotlessly clean. It was in the heart of the Marais and since it was the ground floor on a busy street, not the most quiet. However - the owner was very pleasant and it had every thing I could need. Lovely modern bathroom too. I would stay again.

It was amazing the manager was so polite that she gave us a 3 bedroom apartment instead off two and also she printed out tickets off and even let us take the umberallas for the day! She didn’t mind! Only thing breakfast is too pricey at 14 euros each ad the cleaning fee is too high! Kids loved it had the perfect view off the Eiffel Tower ad had a balcony! Kids wouldn’t get out off the appartment it was spacious!

Nice flat, great location, close to everything, underground (very central location, direct to Disney and direct tobthe airport), restaurants bars cafes grocery even shopping as there is a mall in the area .. make sure you explore all directions around the "bourse" .. The only negative point it gets a bit noisy at night. The atea is very safe and classy. I think we will stay there again if we ever went back to paris

Excellent apartment for family of four. Great location and close to metro. Great restaurants nearby and supermarket just down the street. Apartment was quiet even though located in busy shopping area. Would recommend.

No reception; though elevator is very new, it is on 1st floor, which means you need to carry luggage up 1 storey. The room itself is remarkable, functioning AC throughout, 2 toilets and 3 baths for a 2 double beds apartment(and 1 sofa bed), 2 TVs, dining table, cooking space, fridge, kettle and coffee machines, disc player, books, all essential cookwares, wash-dryer, steam iron, excessive hangers, and an extremely detail instruction book on every possible item and recommendation you could think...

The apartment was perfect! So clean, modern and stylish. It had everything we needed inside, great location and was serviced every day. It was a good size and so easy to get in with all the instructions.

Very great hotel! Firstly the location, there are many bus stops and metro stations nearby, very close to the Champs Elysees and the Louvre. Secondly the safety, the neighbourhood streets are very clean and the quality of the people is very high, never had any unpleasant incidents. Third is the attitude of the staff, it is very warm, when you come back to the hotel after a tiring journey, it is as warm as home. Fourth is the interior of the room, without a doubt the cleanest room I have ever...

Great location, incredible kitchen supplies - all round great.

Although under pressure the staff were always polite and very helpful. Elsa, Rebecca. and an Oriental young lady [ sorry I forgot her name] in particular.

Hotel I safe area. Easy walking to main tourist attractions. Metro and RER within short walk.
