The reception staff are so lovely and helpful.The hotel is located in a peaceful and safe feeling part of the city. Our room was very well presented and had everything we needed. The housekeeping was immaculate. We had a lovely stay.

Staff are friendly and helpful. All good except the sink in bathroom doesn’t drain well Hotel is building a new tower behind to be completed by Jan 2026. Will definitely make the whole property even nicer

We had a wonderful stay here recently. The room was extremely comfortable and spacious and the staff were so helpful and friendly. Only a short walk from the nearest Metro station, some wonderful restaurants and shops as well as The Arc de Triomph. I would definitely recommend.

This hotel will be my go-to for business

Lovely intelligent and service minded low key staff. Quiet hotel. Really nice design and decor. Clean and nice rooms. Good pillows and comforter. Loved the small balcony leading out to the quiet and protected courtyard with seating. The breakfast was simple but perfect. Recommend this hotel for both business and pleasure!
