The staff are lovely, they go out of there way to help you and acknowledge you every time you see them. Our room was cleaned top to bottom everyday and our clothes were even folded for us. The breakfast is of a high quality but I unfortuantly still believe it was over priced, be careful with the extras, they can't justify the prices. The evening menu is reasonably priced and the food quality is high.

An excellent stay, the room was perfect for a few days visit. Had everything I needed, bed was super comfy and pillows lovely. Only one slight issue was the walls and ceiling are quite thin, my upstairs neighbours were very loud at 1am and 3am which woke me up as they were crashing and banging around. Charming period boutique hotel in excellent location, price was reasonable and the staff could not have been more friendly, helpful and professional. The optional extra private car hire service might sound a little expensive, but eg when taking my elderly mother to Monet's garden, the convenience was massively worth it, and de-stressing tips on supplying tickets in advance to avoid the hundreds deep queues were invaluable.
