The hotel was nice and clean, and the room was comfortable. Overall, we had a good stay. The only downside was that we were on a higher floor (I believe the 11th floor) and only one elevator was working, which made going up and down slow at times—especially in Las Vegas. Aside from that, everything was good and we were satisfied with our stay.

The room was clean and comfortable the hotel staff was friendly and very quick to resolve the issue in my first room and quickly changed me to another room because maintenance has to fix the heater

This hotel is not one of the best one, but it is great. one of the casino that almost every staff will greet you, no matter the time. Casino is great and the rooms are clean. The only restaurants that is open Steak ‘n Shake. Hooters are completely close down. But after all everything was great.

No room service we had to tell them twice and she had to come clean our room while we were in the room and didn’t even change or fix the bed Trash in hallways I wish I would of remembered the guy that helped us check-in very helpful with us

It was dirty, not clean and the housekeeping phone line was not that respectful towards me, I don’t recommend anyone to stay hear but the lady at reception was nice and she gave us $50 coupon of food (to use to eat at the restaurant there) literally that’s the only reason I give it a 3 star, if it weren’t for her I’d give it a 2 star

The Casino wasn't lively, only one elevator working. Hotel room was nice and clean but the bathroom needs to be upgraded.

The staff were friendly, and the location was in the heart of vegas, but the place needs a hard reset. Only one elevator worked and it took forever to get to our room. In addition, the next door neighbor had the doors open and got robbed. I guess you get what you aid for.
