I had a wonderful time here. The environment was nice, with a quiet, beautiful golf field view and decent swimming pools nearby. The stuff was friendly, attentive and helpful. Gave the hotel 5 stars but can see why people give lower. Needs a major renovation. Plug sockets didn't work, tv broke etc but we was never in to nake it a problem.
