The front desk helped us make reservations for transporting to Port Canaveral for our cruise. And the hot breakfast was a great addition. Breakfast was plentiful with many choices. "

Not the case here everybody behind the front desk was very polite, friendly, and made me feel comfortable even the valet parkers of the car were very nice and polite. The hotel was great.
