"The stay was good . It just were no napkins on napkin holder in the kitchen , no extra towels and no hand soaps or bodywash or soaps in restrooms"

"One of the biggest problems on the trip was that my room wasn’t ready on time. It said check in after 4, we got there even later. We didn’t get into the room until 830. This was difficult when traveling all day with 3 kids. They gave us our water park passes, but we had to search through all of our things to get bathing suits. Then had to change in the locker room. This may be okay for some, not for me. Room was recently updated, however it was poorly done. We had a family room, which was two adjoining rooms. This wouldn’t have been an issue, but one of the adjoining doors wouldn’t open. We had to call twice to get it fixed and had to wait 20 min. Again, when traveling with little ones this was hard, especially at bedtime. The rest of the resort felt dirty. Cleaning staff would come in to make the beds and refill the towels, but that was it. We had to call maintenance to fix one of the sinks as it was leaking. The water park was great, the heated pool was even better. Overall, really disappointed."

"Our favorite hotel when visiting Disney World! Breakfast is always great and we love being able to fill our water bottles and have good coffee before hitting the parks. We often arrive back after kickbacks has ended but we really enjoy the onsite pizza and restaurant. We will definitely be back!!"

"Excellent location for late night arrival into Orlando! Great room & comfy bed, nice & quiet! Casual dining was extremely enjoyable too! Great server who took her job to another level! The crayfish chowder is a winner for sure"
