My stay at Desert Palm was between 19 Feb-24 Feb, the purpose of visit was my honeymoon with the wife, it was her first time in dubai, and after reading many reviews and cross checking Desert Palm as a suitable location we decided this is where we wanted to stay, we could have stayed at the many other hotels within the city, but what made us choose Desert Palm, was the private location and the amenities at the resort, i cannot fault a single word , from the moment we checked-in we was given a...

Sublime Property, Service and location

Picked Raffles based on its reputation, reviews and price, we were not disappointed. The hotel is fantastic, architecture is impressive, very clean and has excellent facilities. The most amazing part of the hotel though is its staff. They made our stay very relaxed, almost like home.

Fabulous 💕

Fantastic location - excellent breakfast and really good attentive service. Rooms were big and well equipped and swimming pool was lovely - bar staff and lifeguards really good too.

Great place, perfect location and very comfortable. Highly recommend

The hotel has amazing staff, excellent amenities and the rooms are fantastic! I would highly recommend paying extra for club level where you get breakfast, afternoon tea, and complimentary drinks all included in the price. The only downside is the hotel is far away from the beach but taxis are cheap and easy to get. The mall next to the hotel is excellent too with an amazing light show performed every half hour at night time (we never saw the same show twice and we watched it 3 times).

I loved the cleanliness and attention to details in the hotel and rooms. The breakfast team was amazing and always catered to my Vegan diet but unfortunately, out of breakfast I couldn’t enjoy the other restaurants in the hotel because of the lack of Vegan options. The hotel itself and its facilities are beyond incredible in my opinion, just have more dietary options available for those of us who are Vegan!

Our stay in Jumeirah Creekside was fabulous, we stayed in a club room which was very spacious! Very pleased with this hotel.

For me this hotel was ideal will go there again. You can reach most places by taxi in 10/15 minutes, taxis are cheap. No subway station within walking distance. Emirates station is nearest station 3minutes in taxi.

We stayed at this hotel when visiting family in Dubai. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. The housekeeping team looked after the apartment and us daily, replenishing toiletries, tea/coffee etc, cleaning to a high standard. The swimming pool was great and I can highly recommend meals food from the restaurant. We had a great stay!

Only one night after a long flight from Australia. It was comfortable and a great buffet breakfast. Pool was perfect for a morning swim before checking out. Room was great for a family of four with the sofa bed.

I chose this hotel as the location was perfect for what I wanted to explore in and around the Deira district. Some hotels advertise themselves as a 5 star when in fact they are a four star. The Al Bandar Rotana is the top end of a 5 star hotel. The patrons, bar staff, reception, cleaners are all very friendly, very welcoming and helpful. The cleanliness of our room was 1st class and the hotel as a whole is very clean. We were very pleased with the hotel and will stay again as they have...

Amazing hotel. It’s a Versace hotel so expect for it to look like Versace. Everything looks, feels, and smells immaculate. Staff are on point. Breakfast to your room is splendid. The shops are so cool. It’s just what you would want a Verasce branded hotel.

We could not fault it. The staff could not do enough for you. The rooms were cleaned and restocked every day. The pool was great and you could always get a sunbed. Possibly the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Only concerns were around the cost of food and drink in the restaurants. It's expensive. Best to eat out in the evenings.

Great

Loved staying here and the facilities are great. Free underground parking is a plus, as it is difficult to find free parking around the hotel!
