Hotel is clean and tidy. But this is my 4th time staying at the hotel and no one comes out to help us with the luggage. I had to carry the luggage myself with my pregnant wife. We had to stay in another property for 3 nights and I requested for luggage storage and they could not help me with that at all. Also they held me up during check out saying that a glass was missing, when I had voluntarily declared that I had broken a pepper dispenser.

6-star staff( (Cris, Raman, Mohammed, Youcef, Sharif, Vishal). 5-Star Room. 2-star towels. Amenities. Etc. I had to walk 10 minutes to get salt. Despite having a full kitchen in my room the hotel had nothing to support it Two thin and small towels. Two minutes of hot water and then lukewarm It could be a great facility but it feels like management is totally cheating out on the small simple stuff I hope they get it right. The staff deserves it
