"The room was very basic, and the bathroom felt more like a run-down hospital bathroom than a hotel. We were missing basic items like soap, and although the front desk said they’d bring some up, it never arrived. Breakfast was not good. The counters were messy, the floor sticky, and the coffee was either empty or cold. The air conditioner also wasn’t completely attached to the wall and made a constant clicking noise all night, which made it really hard to sleep. I wouldn’t stay here again unless I had no other options."

"Personal atento y servicial, hotel en excelentes condiciones. Camas cómodas y agua caliente. Lo utilicé para la graduación BMT en Lackland y fue fácil y rápido llegar. Los alrededores están limpios. Lo recomiendo. Desayuno óptimo."
