"Everything about this place was perfect it was the perfect slow pace place to stay at. We were visiting Kyoto for 4 days and stayed here and it was just perfect. It is so peaceful, staff is helpful, so many amenities to use, location is great (right across from a train station), so close to so many things, and overall relaxing. I would definitely recommend staying here for a traditional Japanese experience I saw just as many locals as I saw tourists so we knew it was a hidden gem. We opted for the breakfast and had traditional Japanese breakfast everyday it wasn’t something we were used to but surprisingly enjoyed you just have to be open minded! I genuinely can’t say enough great things about staying here. When I come back I will be staying here again."
