This hotel in Kyoto is a gem! Great location, clean and beautiful rooms, and excellent service. The breakfast is very good, and the on-site baths are lovely. We stayed with a toddler and found the staff very accommodating. Highly recommend!

This is a wonderful hotel. The location is excellent with transportation, dining, monuments and parks a short distance away. The hotel is beautiful with an attractive lobby, peaceful courtyard garden, nice bar and spacious, comfortable and inviting rooms. The staff was extremely helpful & courteous. Our stay was wonderful, probably the best hotel we stayed in during our 11 nights in Japan. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly. The bar was a nice feature when coming back from a long day of exploring. The onsen was also lovely, I went around dinner time and I was the only one there. Would definitely recommend to others, I don’t have anything negative to comment on about this property!
