No free amenities though like free toothbrush etc, no front desk usually but we got there around 3 which is check in time so i assume they will have someone there around that time to direct you what to do. "Excellent hotel for our family of three. Modern facilities, very clean, and helpful staff. Good location, close to heritage areas (though no views from the suite). Ask staff to help you make dinner reservations, as walk-in space was hard to come by in the better restaurants. Only quibble was the 6/10 breakfast buffet, which was probably just our tastes. Otherwise would definitely recommend, and would stay there again."

The staff were incredible and had lots of restaurant recommendations as well as provided baggage storage after checkout. The room was clean and spacious.
