Great hotel. Seemed newly done and was very clean. V convenient for West Kowloon station.

Overall an excellent hotel! Very well presented throughout, including the lobby, pool area and outdoor terrace bar. Our room was well equipped and came with a fantastic view of Victoria Harbour. Breakfast lacked choice for my liking and could be improved, but overall would recommend and stay here again.

The rooms are lovely, and the staff is incredibly helpful—there is always someone available when you need them. A big shout out to the doorman and security for their help with taxis. Breakfast can get quite busy, so expect a queue. The location is great for the stadium, though it is a bit of a walk from the MTR stations. While the shuttle bus is a nice touch, it doesn't run frequently enough to be truly helpful. Additionally, the road layout around the hotel is a bit awkward, meaning taxis often...

Clean modern hotel with excellent service. Paid for premium room upgrade which had fantastic views over the harbour. Highly recommend.

I can’t think anything bad about this hotel. The staff are excellent and very helpful, the service is indeed out of my expectations. The room is very spacious even we have 7 baggage, we still have plenty of space for 2 adults. The bed is very comfy as well. The swimming pool is well maintained and good size for exercise. The hotel is well located, metro is only within 10 mins walk, and there are many bus routes to cover most of the main area. There are many local foods and nice restaurants...

All staff were helpful and friendly. We stayed at this hotel 7 years ago and came back to see it even better than last time. Shuttle bus service is so helpful! Would recommend anyone to stay here.

Gorgeous pool and great services and great size room

Deserves 6 stars. One of best 3 hotel stays in last 30 years. Rooms - spacious, clean, comfortable, great bathrooms. Excellent mattress, good pillows, soft duvet. Washer dryer in bathroom sounds odd but is actually quite useful. Quality coffee machine Food - lobby cafe in 19th is superb. Vfm tasty lunches and ala carte dinners. Buffets for the trealy hungry. Loved my stay here and definitely recommend. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. The pool is warm, heated around 26-30 degrees (c). As a guest there are discounts for spa treatments and complimentary activities such as yoga or wine tasting available. Location is great for access to MTR, Ladies market and shopping, and plenty of food options.

We recently stayed at the Kowloon Shangri-la and had a mixed experience. The location is absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of the city with easy access to major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. What a fabulous hotel - we had a club city / sea view. The hotel room was incredibly clean and the staff were very attentive. I would totally recommend this hotel to friends & family. On paper the only downside would be there is no MTR station nearby, in reality we caught a taxi from Kowloon Station which cost approximately 60 HKD. I know the hotel has a shuttle bus service but it’s only to the Kowloon line which goes in to China, it would be nice if that service was extended to Kowloon so...

This was our second stay at The Hari after having an issue with a visa. We returned and the staff were very helpful. If you can get breakfast included we would recommend as not many options in surrounding area. We used the A11 bus from the airport which stops 2 minutes away
