"First of all the location is not bad, it was fairly close to metro Kai-Tak station, and we took the A21 bus from airport directly. Just need to aware to get off as close to the property.
The common room was not as bright and spacious as it pictured on their website. There is no kettle and they only give you one carton of free water. I used the washing machine/dryer one time, it charged me twice as the instruction or direction of “power on” button was not clear. I asked the staff at reception...

Stayed here many times, always a great base for visiting & exploring some of the best of Hong Kong with the hotel having comfy rooms, good showers and amazing views from the suite’s living room. Staff are always friendly.

Our stay here was for 4 nights on our way to New Zealand. We arrived very early but were able to check in as there was a room available. All the staff were very pleasant and tried to help with any questions.
The room was a good size with a kitchenette. A plus for me as I like endless cups of tea and we could buy food for breakfast etc. There is a supermarket just across the road and we also got a takeaway from the restaurant on the 7th floor of the building where the supermarket is.

An easy walk to Wan Chai station, exit A3. Hotel is in a quiet location. The rooms very clean.
One minute walk from the hotel, is a bakery and coffee shop on the corner of the main road. Nearby, are lots of restaurants. The staff really looked after us, even noticing it was my birthday. We found cake and a bottle of wine and a birthday card in our room. I highly recommend this hotel.
