"Great hotel and location "

"Truly enjoyed our five day stay at the Royal Plaza. Rare service gems in hospitality made our moments memorable. Greetings at curbside matched the super friendly bag attendants. Check-in by Catherine was gracious and impeccable. Manager Terry went above and beyond to bring us an unforgettable moment to start our stay. He listened to my concern and moved our room without hesitation. We were impressed by his highly coordinated team working to relocate us for our stay. Facilities engineering should be applauded for their responsiveness and cleanliness. Minor toilet issue was resolved within 15 minutes upon contact. Contactless key cover for room door was found on the floor and repaired immediately. Super convenient hotel located above MTR station and MOKO mall. Gym, sauna (dry and steam), swimming pool, and hot tub makes the Royal Plaza a highly recommended stay in the future for family and friends. No laundry on premise, but Sunshine Laundry Service is affordable and nearby."

"This is a newer hotel (2024). Location is excellent with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Conveniently located near the Wan Chai subway station. The price we got per night seemed really reasonable. Rooms were big. The housekeeping was excellent. Hot tip: They charge different amounts for the same room based on floor level. I would suggest there is not great benefit to being on a higher floor. The lobby is on floor 19 so all the rooms are quite high up. I was moved to a new room that was promised to be an 'upgrade' due to a plumbing issue. However, the new room was exactly the same as the old room just on a different floor. I suggest getting the room you want at the cheapest price. The breakfast buffet is well worth the price. We didn't get a room with it included but ended up having it every day as it's super convenient with a wide variety of food. You are a little bit elevator bound because you are waiting with everyone else for one. The pool seemed to be out of order a lot during our stay and the gym seemed poorly equipped by western standards if you asked me. However, we were staying there for access to the city and for that, it served very well. Would stay again."

"We chose BP for the reasonable price and convenient location but it was so much better than we expected. Housekeeping responded to requests for extra blanket or ice quickly and always with a smile. The room was tight for 3 people but just based on the excellent service, it was so worth it."

"Hotel serves good breakfast. Room was spacious and clean. Like this hotel and will stay in this hotel again in my next trip to Hongkong. There is also complimentary bus service to the popular shopping centres."

"I appreciated the early check-in and being given a lovely room with Harbour views. The staff was excellent. Queenie, the receptionist was wonderful and so was the house cleaning staff. The location was very convenient with a lovely walk along the promenade to some of the main attractions. The pool was very nice, but unfortunately, it was always crowded with lots of kids."
