Looks like a new hotel and is very modern and elegant. The location is great and would highly recommend this hotel if looking to explore the Dotonburi. The hotel is comfortable and clean and the staff are excellent and attentive.

Exactly like the pictures. All the necessary facilities for the families or groups. Had the 2 kids in the bunk above 2 double beds. Staff very helpful. Can leave luggage if u arrive early or have a later flight. Allowed earlier check in or later checkout if possible. Great location.

Fabulous property and great oasis as the first hotel we stayed at and I wish we had stayed longer as Osaka has so much to offer and hotel so good. A little thing on amenities , the shower cloth was amazing. Free coffee and sesame snacks and candy in reception was a nice touch. Great location to get around.

This hotel is a fantastic location to base yourself for universal studios japan, with views of the park. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating for us. The rooms were comfortable and modern, providing everything we needed for our stay.

The breakfast had a large selection and the kitchen staff were continuously making fresh food. I loved the pizza bell! The room was very clean and the amenities provided were a happy surprise.

Fantastic hotel for Universal studios Japan, only 15 minute walk or a 10 minute train ride. Very clean, free washing facilities and great air con in the room. I'd stay here again in heart beat

If you are going to universal studios Japan it's ideal was reasonably priced room was massive and beds really comfy

Great hotel, great location. We stayed for 2 nights with breakfast, the only fault was the breakfast as a westerner burgers fried chicken and pork skewers and chips are not for us , no toast or scrambled egg in sight shame as this let us down.

Amazing hotel that’s extremely close to USJ. Perfect for when you’ve been walking around USJ all day and can literally just walk 2 mins to your hotel. The sky spa is incredible, if you’re nervous about it

Stayed here as had a 1.5 day ticket to USJ. It took me 15 mins to walk there so is ideal. The hotel also offers an amenities drawer where you can get bath soaks, toothbrushes etc and as well as having a water machine and microwave has an ice machine which saves you a small fortune (it was super hot when I went so wanted ice all the time). Staff were pleasant in my interactions with them and wouldn't hesitate to recommend staying here again (esp as it was far cheaper than other hotels in the...
