"This hotel appears to be built in the side of a mountain/hill. When they tell you there will be golf cart to assist you around the site - that tells you everything. We werent made aware of this in the hotel's description (or we might have changed to another hotel. (My wife has had both hips replaced and hill walking has its limitations for her! Sadly there were no handrails on some stairways (which I think is poor). No handrail for getting into the swimming pool. "

"Beautiful ocean view and amazing sunsets from our room- Like we’ve never seen!! They also gave me some cake for my birthday and the room service was very fast and excellent food! The lobby could use some updating but everything else was perfect and the rooms were great and clean and large new bathrooms with large TV and comfy beds and refrigerators in the room. Definitely recommend!!"

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, (almost) everything was great we did some run-in situations with communication issues with the staff and it wasn't between us it miscommunication with each other. There were a few times during our 4 day stay here that we were told one thing and ultimately that wasn't correct and we were brought back to be told something else and vise vera. It was a minor inconvenience until the last day that we almost missed our boat because nobody was on the same page. "

"Overall, the stay was pleasant, but there are a few improvements that could enhance the guest experience. The room would benefit from having a full-length mirror, as well as USB charging ports. The water pressure from the handheld shower could be stronger, and the swimming pools could be cleaned more frequently."
