We loved it hear, the staff are outstanding and there is so much to do… the room was great and the food was excellent.

Andres on the front desk was awesome, so friendly and helpful. Also a shout out to Gary who looked after breakfast and kept the show running. Overall a superb stay in a really new hotel, by far the best of the four properties we stayed in this trip. Highly recommended and will hopefully stay again soon. Only negative is some use of plastic plates and cutlery. Oh and you’re close to a swamp so you may see snakes like we did!

Nice big place lobby amazing but the rooms and vast long corridors very much well lived in - carpets need updating

We had a great stay at the Sheraton. We had a great room. However we had a restricted view on the 3rd floor. We did request a room on a high floor and if I returned to the Sheraton which is highly likely I would insist on a higher floor. Everything about the complex we loved and all the staff were so welcoming and friendly and always took time to have a small conversation with us. Great stay and trolley stop at the front gate which services I drive going to both outlets and sea world.

From the drive into the entrance of the resort property we knew this was going to be a good one. Check in was easy and pleasant. Plenty of parking immediately outside our building with shaded spots. One bed suite was absolutely fabulous, newly renovated with a view over the golf course. Kitchen had everything we needed for our stay and washing up liquid/dishwasher tablets were constantly stocked up. Bathroom was spacious and shower room was fab. Handy to have extra little room in bathroom too...

Family friendly. Secure and safe. We had the two bedroom (sleeps 4) ground floor apartment with balcony over looking a pond. It was quiet, very spacious, and clean. Two bathrooms and a great kitchen. Only one teenie tiny downside the TV was a bit basic; appreciate not there for that, but with two boys tired after a day at Disney, a TV with at least a TV guide of what’s on on what channels would have been really useful.

We had an amazing stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Orlando. There was a small hiccup at the beginning as we had arranged to be picked up from the airport by the hotel but couldn’t readily locate the driver. Once we found the driver, everything onwards went smoothly. There were two cold and refreshing bottles of water in the car and the drive to the hotel was pleasant. Once at the hotel, we were impressed by the hotel décor and liked the modern feel to it. Every single staff at the hotel...

Fresh and clean two bedroom suite in an easily accessible location to Celebration

I have stayed here many times over 20 years - its a wonderful property in a great location. However I am concerned that there is a lot of construction happening next door and the suite on this last visit did seem like it needed updating. I love the hot tubs in the suite but it did have a tide mark - they are very difficult to clean properly.

Property was clean and maintained to a high standard. Newly refurbished rooms were decorated to a high standard. Staff were friendly and helpful. We booked our theme park excursions via the hotel which worked out cheaper than buying on the gates. Overall a throughly pleasant stay. Would highly recommend

Great new build hotel with a swanky culture. Modern facilities all round make this a nice hotel, fairly close to the airport in an up and coming area of Lake Nona. Finding the hotel using my Garmin navigation was challenging and there was no straightforward way to get there.

Great facilities and extras. Good location. No obvious reason to find fault at all.

Exceptionally clean. Coffee always available. Great location at icon park
