"Very nice. Had AIR CONDITIONING during a London heat wave. Loved having 3 distinct areas to sleep in. Beds were comfortable, everything was very clean. Easy to hop on the tube (2 nearby). Tesco next door was great, as was Gregg’s. Wish they would have had paper towels…. "

I‘ve never experienced something like this… First of all, we were perfectly on time for the check in, in the end we needed to wait 35 Minutes for someone to come by. We needed to call the management 2 times and still it took that long… Arriving in our room it wasn’t fitting to the pictures shown on the internet.
