Unfortunately the Excel building was locked and I had to walk around the outside to get to the hotel. I had walked almost the full length of the path when I came to a fence...

"Our family choose to stay at Novotel in recent 2 years because of the hotel is dog friendly. This time we were so disappointed because of the staff at the restaurant. Every time we went to hotel’s restaurant in past 2 years, we used to be seated indoor just opposite the buffet area. This time the staff said just allow guard dogs and not quite friendly to my pet. We were so disappointed this time."
