"good things first.. it's near everything.. food , glendale city center, staff are nice, virtual check in i found out, is efficient. irtual staff ... very helpful.. now the negatives.. there are people smoking weed right in front of the hotel door by the parking lot and they look real shady, there was a woman who checked in .. she carried her bike in the lobby and she has big plastic bag full of empty cans and plastic containers.. the carpet looks dirty, let's just say it is a 1 or 2 star hotel? and the room smell heavy like a just disinfected hospital room where the smell cannot be masked. the reviews i read that this is a hotel for families, well if you don't mind these things then this ihotel is for you. to each his own but if you are queazy .. find another hotel. if you are not too sensitive about cleanliness, about shady looking characters go for it."

"This is a nice property with an excellent location in downtown Pasadena. The only complaint we had is that the bathroom sink was installed such that it never fully drained. There was always standing water in the front half and it got nasty after a day’s use. Even after the room was cleaned there was still standing water in the drain."

"Fully updated rooms with good furnishing, fridge and micro. Parking was first come. first serve due to the main parking facility closed for repairs."
