Such a unique and beautiful with breath taking view, each corner is thoughtfully decorated with collections from all around the world. TJ is exceptionally warm and friendly, and so knowledgeable, that truly feels like stepping into a very welcome home.

This is a lovely historic property, close in proximity to Hollywood and Universal Studios. The room and overall residence is clean, cozy and welcoming. The host, TJ is incredibly attentive and a charmer. Refreshments and Breakfast is top-notch. All-in-all, a wonderful stay.

Amazing historic property with matching views. Antique pieces from all over the world match the 100 year old charming home. Host is most welcoming, offering help and services beyond expectations. My stay here was wonderful! We were greeted by TJ, the very kind host, who immediately made us feel welcome and at home. The property itself was gorgeous, with a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to relax. Our room was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I came for the Oasis show at the Rose Bowl, and my biggest concern was parking—because who wants to deal with that awful traffic before and after the show? TJ had the perfect solution. We parked exactly where he suggested, and it was just a quick, easy walk to the Rose Bowl. No traffic, no nonsense. After the show, we were back at the property in no time, relaxing and enjoying each other’s company. To top it all off, TJ hosted a wonderful after party that made the experience even more special. This stay was well worth it, and I’m so grateful to TJ for such an amazing experience. I would absolutely return and highly recommend The Patrician to anyone visiting the area.

A unique B and B with an upscale breakfast. An interesting property with gorgeous views. The host is most welcoming. Our queen size bed was quite comfortable and we had our own bathroom which was not recently updated. This property is quite close to the rose bowl(15 min drive) Beautiful neighborhood but not walkable as there are not any sidewalks. The house is a historical house and decorated with antique furniture.

This is an extremely unique, charming, historical property in a beautiful area which is just begging to be explored. The house itself warrants a longer visit to appreciate the care and attention paid to making it endlessly interesting, and TJ enhances the entire experience with his hospitality and knowledge. I highly recommend staying here for a delightful respite from the fast pace of LA while being ideally situated.

Amazing time!!

TJ was an amazing host and the service was impeccable. The scenery of the property was relaxing and spectacular. Awesone BnB in the hills above Pasadena

We stayed their rhe night of our wedding. The host TJ upgraded us and brought us martinis when we arrived. The place is beautiful and the view is spectacular. We had a personal breakfast experience with TJ the next morning. We had a lovely time. Also, it was a great value for the price.

The gold standard for a bed and breakfast.

This bnb was a wonderful experience. TJ was one of the best hosts I've ever had the pleasure of experiencing for a bed and breakfast, and truly showed me what the bed and breakfast experience should be from now on. TJ truly has a wealth of knowledge For Pasadena and the greater Los Angeles area and is a very good resource for what to do if you ever are at a loss when you're on vacation.

Would absolutely return!

We had a delightful time at this estate -- very different from just your cookie cutter hotel stay! TJ was an amazing host -- interesting conversation, yummy snacks and breakfast and just did everything he could to make us feel comfortable. The backyard is gorgeous and was lovely to relax in after we came back from dinner out. The interior of the home is magnificent -- so tastefully decorated with unusual, but beautiful decor.

Absolutely amazing place, amenities, and hosts!!! The level of care and attention to details is unmatched. Beautiful home atop the hill with gorgeous views of the cities below. The Patrician is a rare and beautiful find. The location for a business, restorative or to go to any event at nearby event venues like the Rose Bowl can't be beat. Breakfast simple and generous. Staying at this place was a truly unique experience. The hotel is comfortable with exquisite decorations. The garden is beautiful with playful birds drinking water. You can have a good view of Los Angeles from the property. Host TJ is super friendly, and we had great conversation. He also gave us detailed info about best locations to view Hollywood sign and LA downtown, and parking place visiting Hollywood star walk.
