"I thought the hotel was well decorated ( very interesting) .Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and fully stock.Front desk assisted with taxi arrangements "
"This was our first time in London and traveling abroad with the children. London is ancient city so you would expect things to be run down. The truth is that Londoners cherish and preserve their city, streets, pubs, and this beautiful boutique hotel. I felt like everyone really cared about all the guests. In the US, there is an epidemic or "quiet quitting" despite the fact that the standard of living is leagues ahead of other countries. At Baileys, I felt the opposite and it was refreshing to be amongst people with the utmost competence. The room is very clean, for American standards, it will feel small so please refer to the square footage in the listing. The "air conditioner" is more of a glorified fan so turn it on or it's hard to get air circulation as windows can't be opened. There are elevators, which are European sized meaning small but they work well. The Gym is also small, you will end up walking at minimum 5-10 miles a day when you are in London so you won't need the gym. The Tube (underground train) station is like 20 steps away, technically across a tiny street. The Hotel is surrounded by a million authentic great restaurants within walking distance. (Don't believes stories about bad London food, it is of the highest quality and amazing and London is #4 in worlds best cites for food) We got included buffet English style Breakfast and it is really good and a highlight of my every morning because of excellent wait staff, like Teigest."
"Great location a minute away from Gloucester Road tube station, good location for the museums and Albert Hall within walking distance. Our room was very clean. Breakfast was a bit disappointing but staff were really pleasant. The lady greeting us for breakfast was lovely think her name was Cecilia and thank you to Lilita on Reception who sorted out issues with breakfast. Would recommend overall."
Millennium Hotel and Conference Centre Gloucester London
6/10 Okay
"Although it is reasonably well positioned in West London, and was convenient for the reason I was visiting the city, I have to say I think it was extremely expensive for what it was. The room was absolutely fine, the breakfast was fine. There was nothing special about it. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was because I could park on site. This was helpful, but £50 for one overnight space I think is excessive."
"The hotel was lovely, with wonderful staff. The full breakfast buffet was delicious and the lattes were perfect! The location was excellent also. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to London"
"The hotel is in a great location, the tube is closeby and it is also central to many landmarks. The facilities were very well maintained.
The staff were so lovely and welcoming, they were incredibly friendly, approachable and helpful."
"Our room was very clean, had a tub and mini fridge, and was accessibility friendly for my husband with his walker. The hotel is situated in a lovely quiet area, close to a Tescos and transit and shopping. The room service was excellent and the food was delicious. The staff was so exceptional though that they are truly why I'm giving this place 5 stars! Ali at Starbucks in the lobby made every morning pleasant with his positive attitude and kindness. He really stood out, always greeting everyone with a smile, and taking delight in each customer. He also makes an amazing cappuccino! The concierge and front desk staff were so friendly and helpful too! They really have an incredible team working here. We enjoyed our stay so much, that we will certainly be back!"
