Great location. Near transit, shops, restaurants and many more businesses. Working elevator (lift) is very small. They allowed us to check our bags before checking in. Daily housekeeping was efficient.
Really good location, a few minutes walk from Earl's Court tube station.
Staff on reception were welcoming and friendly.
Some redecoration going on in the lobby but didn't interfere with us at all.
Rooms quite basic but the beds and pillowd were really comfy and very clean. Towels and toiletries in the bathroom.
I would definitely stay here again.
Thank you Garden View Hotel
I arrived from LAX and my flight was delayed so 18 hours of travel. I was exhausted and miserable when I arrived. The lovely lady behind the desk offered sympathy and a clean room a bit early. I stayed a week as I was off to a Greek room and this is one of the two hotels I choose. I like the Garden in front and proximity to Earls Court underground. But the room has good coffee, always clean and the staff warm and compassionate!

The hotel Is a very basic but clean and comfortable place to stay in central London. The twin room we had was not particularly big but it had everything we needed for a 3 night stay including milk, coffee and tea and was cleaned every day. It could do with being refurbished but we were not looking for anything special - we just wanted an inexpensive place to stay in a quiet neighbourhood and this hotel fully met our needs.
A good option for budget conscious solo travelers. Room was tiny (think cruise ship cabins), but comfortable and well equipped, and the location was perfect—just three blocks from a major tube station. I would stay there again.

Good for sleepover in London. Very basic, bit run down but does the job and is in very convenient location. Very calm.
We had 4 adults in one room with 1 double bed and 2 twin beds. There was plenty of room for us to sleep plus a small table that we played cards on, all of our traveling luggage, and a fan to help beat the heat wave. The staff was incredibly nice. There was a small balcony for us to people watch overlooking a lovely park. Everything from restaurants to markets to souvenir stores were all within walking distance. It made us all think about moving to the area.
The location of this property was great! The size of the room was great! Had a fridge, sink, dishes, microwave, 2 beds. It was a very nice room. Everything was clean and the cleaning staff helped keep our towels and materials well stocked. I've stayed here before and really liked the location of this hotel to the Underground, and different places around London. The ONLY think I wish this hotel had was air conditioning. They did give us a fan to help. Luckily, when we were there in June, the evenings were still very cool and kept the room nice at night, BUT, if we were staying there a week later or into July, it would have been almost unbearable.

A bed and a bathroom. Great price for the location. Stayed here before and would again.
Very good for the location and price. Not going to get any frills or anything, but don't think you'll beat the neighborhood or price. Staff was helpful when needed.
Great location on a nice quiet street. Short walk to tube station. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is basic but was all we needed and the room was a great price. Would definitely use again.

Friendly helpful staff.Clean sheets and towels.Good value and convenient stay, but our basement room could do with a refurbishment.
Very good for an Overnight stay, ideal location. Walking distance to the main road where there are plenty of options for breakfast as not currently offered.
Very friendly and helpful staff, who let us check in early as our room was ready. Small room as expected in London, but very comfortable bed, lovely, peaceful view over the park, quiet at night, and powerful, hot shower. Best of all, the window opened wide and there was a huge fan provided, so we slept well through the heatwave. We will definitely stay here next time we're in London. Highly recommend.
I booked this hotel for a short stay and it was great for what I needed. The staff were polite and helpful, the price was very good and the hotel was well maintained. The shower was snug but did the job. I would definitely book in here again.
