I booked this hotel for a short stay and it was great for what I needed. The staff were polite and helpful, the price was very good and the hotel was well maintained. The shower was snug but did the job. I would definitely book in here again.

The room was basic. The first night we had a dirty comforter but the hotel staff gave us extra blankets to use for the night and brought new ones in the morning. There was a hair dryer and an electric water kettle available for use and they provided tea bags and instant coffee packets. The staff was friendly and though they only offered one key, they were willing to unlock the doors as needed when one of us stayed behind. The hotel was older- the lift was suitable for just two people- but was just two blocks from the tube and the main strip. Many pubs and shopping close by. No bugs or rodents seen. Perfect for what we needed. Would stay there again.

The staff were wonderful. The rooms were perfect and very clean. Unfortunately, my partner in another room was bitten alive with need bugs. Reported to the front desk but I don't know what they could do. I would warn anybody booking about this possibility.
