"Best location. Right next to the Falls. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Brekfast area is very dated and was not clean. Also the staff managing the breakfast were very rude. Items were not being replenished and had to wait a long time to get what you want."

"The staff were rude. The check-in was horrible, I showed up couple of hours earlier with elderly parents and requested them if I could get a room sooner. They made me wait until 4pm and even then I never got any text they said I will when the room is ready. The front desk staff won’t even smile and it’s like they don’t want you there. Marriott is a horrible hotel chain.. they charge you extra for better internet, extra for parking, want breakfast pay extra."

"It was so hot in our room all night we didn’t sleep well at all would have been better off to just sleep in our car. The breakfast was okay. The elevator was so little I had a panic attack I would rather walk up stairs but when we told the person in the morning it was 78 degrees inside and the air conditioning wasn’t working he said he would have someone look at it but that was it nothing taken off our bill it was way overpriced for what I paid in my opinion"

"Great location and nice hotel. The off-site parking is a little scary. We had to leave at 3am to get to a flight and it is not a parking structure you really want to have to walk thru at that time. Had to get ticket validated each time to get out of parking. One time, we got it validated but something must not have worked and we were stuck at the exit. We had to go back and redo the validation. The women at the desk acted like it was our fault for not getting it validated. She was not pleasant."
