"One elevator was down, causing slight delays. Room was fantastic, quiet, clean and very modern. As an older person with failing hearing, i need people to speak louder, and to notice my problem when I lean in and cup my ear. Staff missed this."

"This is a lovely small boutique hotel in a great location. We were surprised at the size of the suite - way more room than anticipated:. We even had 2 little patios. The owner and staff were very helpful and kind. This is truly a gem and we will not hesitate to stay there again."

"North Vancouver Hotel is worth every cent for the budget price you pay for. Front desk check-in was a breeze. The room came with the essentials – 2 Queen beds, bathroom had the amenities one expects (Dove shampoo, bar soap, and skin lotion). There was a laundry room with 2 large washing machines and 2 dryers. Complementary breakfast included a wide range of food – pastries, breads, jams & butter, 2 cereals, instant oats, yogurt, pancakes, fruits (bananas, apples, mandarin oranges, etc) with ham. Maybe they could offer had boiled egg? Maid service was efficient. Perhaps my only gripe is the sound-proofing could be better – we could hear children crying from across the thin walls."
